onemilegrid was founded in 2014 by Jamie Spratt, Ross Hill, Valentine Gnanakone and Trevor Waugh. In 2023, the Director team was bolstered by the elevation of James Dear.

Each of the directors has extensive experience in all aspects of traffic and transport planning for residential, commercial, retail, transport, education and health sectors.

Since our humble beginings, our team has now grown to over 25 comprising a mix of strong women and men that have a variety of skills, personalities and experience which results in a well rounded team!

We are experienced and have a formidable reputation in the industry to deliver excellent traffic, transport and waste engineering and planning solutions.
